Finding Your Sales/Opportunities
 

ACT! allows you to keep track of Open, Won and Lost sales through the Sales/Opportunities tab.  Once your sales have been entered, you can produce graphs and charts to forecast sales, and/or run reports on your sales data as well.  You can even lookup your sales by the Sales Stage associated with it.  However, you may not have known how to create a lookup of all the records in your database that have had a Sale/Opportunity associated with it.
 

 
  Creating a Lookup of All Sales/Opportunities

1.  In ACT!, Lookup | Sales Stage.




2. This will open the Sales Stage lookup dialog box.  The data you last looked up will appear in the Search for field.




3. Click your Delete key on your keyboard to remove the data. Click OK.



4.  This will generate a lookup of all your contacts that have a Sale/Opportunity associated with it (Open or Closed).
