Viewing Multiple ACT! Screens
 

Are you like me and constantly click between one of the calendars in ACT! and the Contact section?  We want to see what is on our agenda, but at the same time we want to see information on the contact, including notes, histories, and other pertinent data.  The tip below will provide details as to how to get this accomplished.
 

 
  How to View More then One ACT! Screen
1.  First thing to do is to select the sections you want to view by clicking on them on the left.  In my case, I like to view the Monthly Calendar and Contacts.

              

2. Once you have 2 or more sections selected, click the Window menu to verify your selections.  They will appear at the bottom of the menu.




3. Once you have verified your selections, choose the viewing method.  I prefer
Tile Horizontal as I feel it provides the optimal viewing area.


4. Now you are all set to view your Contacts and Monthly Calendar in the same screen without have to toggle back and forth.
