Lookup Contact Activity in your ACT! Database

You can create a lookup of contacts based on the last time any modifications were made to their record, such as a name change, or any action that was performed, such as scheduling or recording an activity.

You can perform the lookup for contacts that either have or have not been modified within a specified date range. You can also narrow the search by activity or history type.

  To search for Contact Activity

1. Lookup | Contact Activity

2. This will open the Contact Activity dialog box to allow you to select what you would like to search for.  You have the options to search for Modified/Not Modified, Any Date Range, and the options to search in one or more of the following: Contact fields, Sales/Opportunities, E-Mail addresses, Notes, Activities, and Histories.

3. You can choose which history types you would like to search for by clicking the Histories check box, and then the Select Types... button.

4. Once you click the Find Now button, ACT! will process your search and generate the contacts based upon your criteria in the Contact List.
