Setting the Default to Preview
1. Reports
| Edit Report Template, and choose the report you wish
to set a default view for.

2.
This will open the report layout designer. From this
screen choose, Edit | Define Filters.

3. This will open the Define Filters dialog
box for you to modify. In the Send output to
dropdown, change from Printer to
Preview, and then click OK.

4. Save your modified report, and the next time you
choose to run the report, it will default to Preview
instead of Printer.
