How to Modify a Drop-Down List
1. In a contact or group record, click in the field,
and then click the drop-down button.

2.
Scroll to the bottom of the list, and then click Edit
list.

3.
In the
Edit List
dialog box, click
Add.

4. Type the Item name and Description
of the item in the appropriate fields. Click
OK, OK, and now the data has been saved in the
drop-down list.
