Utilizing the Mini-Calendar in ACT!
 

One of ACT!'s main functions is that of an activity management system.  Within the program there are several places you can manage activities.  You can do this on the Activity tab of a contact, on any of the Calendars (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), and also via the Task List.  Those are the most common and probably the most often used.  However, ACT! also comes with the functionality of a Mini-Calendar.  This allows you to view activities over a 3 month span while not moving off of a contact record.
 

 
  Mini-Calendar in ACT!

1.  In ACT!, View | Mini-Calendar or F4.




2. This will open the Mini-Calendar view on your contact screen.  You can move this screen to any position by clicking and dragging.




3. By right-clicking on a day, it will bring up that day's activities in a dialog box.  You can clear the activity directly from this box by clicking the checkbox.



4.  If you are on your Activity tab, you can also drag activities to different dates on the Mini-Calendar to reschedule them.
